Start with the transaction, not the application

A supplier invoice, dealer order or payroll record contains information that a generic loan form cannot. It shows who owes whom, why the money is needed and where repayment can originate.

Give every party the right view

The lender needs exposure and policy controls. The anchor needs to confirm obligations. The borrower needs clear pricing and status. Separate portals keep responsibilities visible without exposing information that belongs to somebody else.

Collection is product design

Repayment tied to an anchor settlement, daily takings or payroll is more dependable than a reminder sent after a due date. Recovery tools still matter, but they should be the exception layer rather than the primary plan.

Take it further
