How it works

  1. Fill in the form. It opens an email to privacy@lipaware.com in your mail app with your details filled in; press send there.
  2. We reply within 2 working days to confirm your identity, usually with a code sent to the email or phone number we hold.
  3. We act on your request within the times in our privacy policy and confirm in writing what we did.

Prefer to write directly? Email privacy@lipaware.com with the subject “Data request”. If you use a service a business offers on our platform under its own brand, contact that business first.
